• Prices are without freight and without value added tax VAT. (excepted the Suggested Retail Pricelist SRP).

• The orders are subject to our company’s approval.
• The company accepts no liability for any delay in delivery. Delivery may be partial if all requested goods are not available.
• Complaints will be considered only if made 8 days from receipt of goods.
• Goods are carried in every case at the risk of the buyer, even when sent carriage free or DDP (duty, delivery paid).
• Payment: no deductions or discounts are accepted unless specially granted. In case of late payment, interest will be charged.
