Ai sensi dell'art. 13, del D.Lgs. 30 giugno 2003 n. 196, INFORMIAMO che la ditta Francesco Comploj tratta dati personali di clienti e fornitori e di soggetti che comunicano volontariamente i loro dati anagrafici alla nostra ditta e di soggetti i cui dati sono stati raccolti presso terzi in occasione, ad esempio, di operazione di acquisizione di dati esterni per informazioni commerciali, elenchi pubblici ecc., nell'ultimo caso trattasi esclusivamente di dati personali di natura comune.
La nostra ditta garantisce nell'ambito delle previsioni normative che il trattamento dei dati personali si svolge nel rispetto dei diritti e delle libertá fondamentali, nonché della dignitá dell'interessato, con particolare riferimento alla riservatezza, all'identitá personale e al diritto alla protezione dei dati personali.
Finalità del trattamento:
- adempiere agli obblighi di legge, dai regolamenti, dalla normativa comunitaria, da norme civilistiche e fiscali
- adempiere agli eventuali obblighi contrattuali nei confronti del interessato
- adempiere ad attivitá connesse all'attivitá economica della nostra ditta, come compilazione delle anagrafiche e statistiche interne, per la fatturazione, la tenuta della contablitá clienti-fornitori
- finalità di tipo commerciale, come invio di informazioni commerciali e materiale pubblicitario, di marketing e ricerche di mercato
- la tutela dei crediti e la gestione dei debiti
- finalità assicurative, in particolare per assicurazioni crediti
In relazione alle finalità di cui sopra i Suoi dati personali verranno comunicati se necessario:
- alle Pubbliche Amministrazioni ed Autorità, ove previsto dalla legge
- ad Istituti di credito con i quali la ns. ditta ha rapporti per la gestione dei crediti/debiti e l'intermediazione finanziaria
- a tutte quelle persone fisiche e/o giuridiche, pubbliche e/o private (studi di consulenza legale, amministrativa e fiscale, uffici giudiziari, Camere di Commercio ecc.), quando la comunicazione risulti necessaria o funzionale allo svolgimento della nostra attività e nei modi e per le finalità sopra elencate
- ad aziende operanti nel settore dei trasporti
- agenti e partners per poter effettuare rapporti commerciali con i clienti
I dati personali trattati dalla nostra ditta non sono soggetti a diffusione.
Il trattamento potrà effettuarsi con o senza l'ausilio di mezzi elettronici e comunque automatizzati e comprenderà tutte le operazioni previste all'art. 4, comma 1, lettera a, del D.Lgs.30 giugno 2003 n. 196 e necessarie al trattamento in questione. Comunque il trattamento sarà effettuato nell'osservanza di ogni misura cautelativa, che ne garantisca la sicurezza e la riservatezza.
Il Codice della Privacy conferisce agli interessati l'esercizio di specifici diritti di cui all'art. 7. In particolare può ottenere dal titolare la conferma dell'esistenza o meno di propri dati personali che lo riguardano e la loro comunicazione in forma intelligibile. L'interessato può altresì chiedere di conoscere l'origine dei dati, le finalità e modalità del trattamento nonché la logica applicata in caso trattamento effettuato con l'ausilio di strumenti elettronici, l'identificazione degli estremi identificativi del titolare, dei soggetti e categorie di soggetti ai quali i dati possono essere comunicati o che possono venire a conoscenza.
L'interessato ha il diritto di ottenere l'aggiornamento, la rettificazione, l'integrazione, la cancellazione, la trasformazione in via anonima o il blocco dei dati trattati in violazione di legge. L'interessato ha diritto di opporsi, in tutto o in parte, per motivi legittimi al trattamento dei dati personali che lo riguardano, ancorché pertinenti allo scopo della raccolta, e senza motivo al trattamento che lo riguarda a fini d’invio di materiale pubblicitario o di vendita diretta o per il compimento di ricerche di mercato o di comunicazione commerciale. In compliance with art.13 of Legislative Decree No. 196 of June 30, 2003 we hereby INFORM that our company Francesco Comploj processes personal data pertaining to customers, suppliers and persons who voluntarily provide personal details to our company. We also process data pertaining to persons which is collected by third parties, e.g., during capture of external data for commercial information, public lists, etc., the latter consisting exclusively of personal data of a general/common nature and character.
Our company guarantees within the terms of the statutory provisions that personal data is processed with due regard to the basic rights and liberties as well as the dignity of the data subjects with particular regard to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.
Aims and purposes of data processing:
- compliance with statutory duties, duties arising out of regulations, European Community regulations and civil and fiscal law
- compliance with any contractual obligations to the data subject
- performing activities in connection with the conduct of the business of our company such as compilation of internal statistics,
- accounting purposes and maintaining customer/supplier accounts
- objectives of a commercial nature such as sending of business information and advertising materials, marketing and market surveys
- reasons associated with the safeguarding of assets and administration of liabilities
- reasons associated with obtaining insurance, in particular credit insurance
With reference to the objectives listed above, your personal data will, where required, be communicated to:
- public administration offices and authorities where provided for under law
- banks with which our company does business for the purposes of administration of assets/liabilities and for financing arrangements
- all natural and/or legal, public and/or private persons (legal, administration and tax consultancy offices, courts, chambers of commerce, etc.) insofar as required or where expedient in the performance of our business activity and in the manner specified above in pursuance of the relevant objectives
- companies operating in transportation business
- representatives and sales and marketing associates for the conduct of business relationships with customers
Personal data processed by our company will not be diffused.
Data processing may be carried out with or without the aid of electronic or automated means and encompasses all processes provided for in section 4, paragraph 1, letter a of Legislative Decree No.196 of June 30, 2003 and required for the respective data processing activity. In every case processing is effected employing all security measures for safeguarding the security and confidentiality of the data.
The Data Protection Act grants data subjects the opportunity to exercise certain rights in accordance with article 7. In particular he has the right to know what personal data the owner is holding about him and to be given information relating to these. He has the right to know if data is being held about him even if these have not yet been stored. He has the right to detailed information in an intelligible form about these data, such as source and grounds and purpose for processing them, as well as to information about the holder and his obligations relating to their processing. He is also entitled to know the entities and categories of entity to which these data may be communicated. The data subject has the right to confirm his data and to check, rectify and update these, to request that they be erased, blocked or converted to anonymous data in the event that their processing contravenes statutory provisions. He has the right on legitimate grounds to object to the processing of his data in full or in part and to demand that they be erased, blocked or converted to anonymous form. He may do so without grounds if data is used for purposes of commercial information, sending of advertising materials, direct selling or market and opinion surveys.

In Sinne des Art. 13 des Gesetzesvertretenden Dekrets Nr. 196 vom 30. Juni 2003 INFORMIEREN wir darüber, dass unsere Firma Franz Comploj die persönlichen Daten von Kunden und Lieferanten, sowie Personen verarbeitet, die unserer Firma ihre Personalien willentlich mitteilen bzw. deren Daten durch Dritte - zum Beispiel bei der Erfassung von externen Daten für geschäftliche Informationen - öffentlichen Verzeichnissen usw. entnommen wurden, wobei es sich im letzteren Fall ausschließlich um persönliche Daten gemeiner/gewöhnlicher Art und Natur handelt.
Unsere Firma garantiert im Rahmen der gesetzlichen Vorgaben, dass die Verarbeitung der persönlichen Daten unter Berücksichtigung der grundlegenden Rechte und Freiheiten sowie der Würde des Betroffenen mit besonderem Bezug auf die Geheimhaltung, die persönliche Identität und das Recht auf Schutz der persönlichen Daten erfolgt.
Ziel- und Zweckstellungen bei der Datenverarbeitung:
- Erfüllung von gesetzlichen Pflichten, Pflichten aus Verordnungen, Gemeinschaftsnormen sowie zivil- und steuerrechtlichen Gesetzen
- Erfüllung eventueller vertraglicher Verpflichtungen gegenüber dem Betroffenen
- Erfüllung von Tätigkeiten in Verbindung mit der Geschäftstätigkeit unserer Firma wie das Ausfüllen von internen Statistiken, zur Rechnungslegung sowie zur Führung der Kunden-/Lieferantenbuchhaltung
- Zielstellungen geschäftlicher Art wie die Zusendung von Geschäftsinformationen und Werbematerial, Marketing und Marktuntersuchungen
- Schutz der Forderungen und Verwaltung der Verbindlichkeiten
- Zielstellungen hinsichtlich Versicherungen, insbesondere Kreditversicherungen
In Bezug auf die oben angegebenen Zielstellungen werden Ihre persönlichen Daten bei Bedarf weitergeleitet:
- an die öffentlichen Verwaltungen und Behörden, wenn dies gesetzlich vorgesehen ist
- an Kreditinstitute, mit denen unsere Firma Geschäftsbeziehungen zur Verwaltung von Forderungen/Verbindlichkeiten und zur Finanzierungsvermittlung unterhält
- an alle jenen natürlichen und/oder juristischen, öffentlichen und/oder privaten Personen (Rechts-, Verwaltungs- und Steuerberatungsbüros, Gerichte, Handelskammern usw.), wenn sich die Weiterleitung als notwendig oder zur Ausübung unserer Tätigkeit zweckdienlich erweist sowie auf die oben angegebene Art und Weise mit den entsprechenden Zielstellungen
- Betriebe, die im Transportwesen tätig sind
- Vertreter und Vertriebspartner, um Geschäftsbeziehungen mit den Kunden abzuwickeln
Die von unserer Firma verarbeiteten persönlichen Daten unterliegen keiner Verbreitung.
Die Datenverarbeitung kann mit oder ohne Hilfe elektronischer, auf jeden Fall automatischer Mittel erfolgen und umfasst alle im Art. 4, Absatz 1, Buchstabe a des Gesetzesvertretenden Dekretes Nr. 196 vom 30. Juni 2003 vorgesehenen und für die betreffende Datenverarbeitung erforderlichen Vorgänge. In jedem Fall wird die Datenverarbeitung unter Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsmaßnahmen durchgeführt, die deren Sicherheit und Geheimhaltung gewährleisten.
Das Datenschutzgesetz verleiht den Betroffenen die Möglichkeit zur Ausübung bestimmter Rechte gemäß Art. 7. Im einzelnen hat er das Recht zu wissen welche persönlichen Daten der Inhaber über ihn besitzt und darüber Auskunft zu erhalten, ob Daten über ihn vorhanden sind, auch wenn sie noch nicht gespeichert sind und in verständlicher Form nähere Angaben über diese Daten, Herkunft und den Grund und Zweck ihrer Verarbeitung zu erfahren, sowie Angaben über Inhaber und Personen und Kategorien von Personen denen diese Daten möglicherweise übermittelt werden.
Der Betroffene hat das Recht seine Daten zu bestätigen und zu kontrollieren, zu berichtigen und zu ergänzen, zu beantragen, dass die Daten gelöscht, gesperrt und in anonyme Daten umgewandelt werden falls die Verarbeitung gegen die gesetzlichen Bestimmungen verstößt. Er hat das Recht sich aus gerechtfertigten Grund gänzlich oder zum Teil der Verarbeitung seiner Daten zu widersetzen, sowie ihre Löschung, Sperrung, Umwandlung in anonyme Daten zu verlangen und ohne gerechtfertigten Grund, wenn Daten zum Zwecke der Handelsinformation, des Versands von Werbematerial, des Direktverkaufs, zu Markt- und Meinungsforschung verwendet werden. Die gegenständlichen Rechte können seitens des Betroffenen oder einer von ihm beauftragten Person, mittels Anfrage an Franz Comploj, Reziastr. 181, 39046 St.Ulrich - Gröden , Italien, Tel.
