The smallest celestial angels among those of modern cut are 4 cm, their bigger "brothers" reach 12 cm. In the small version they are equipped with a ribbon to be able to hang them where needed, for example on the Christmas tree. All the large ones are available in the usual finishes, from natural to waxed and patinated, to hand painted in bright colors. There are several symbols associated with angels, including the classical instruments flute and violin. The two angels with papyrus (cartouche) and candle can also act as bookends in the version with the larger sizes (12 cm). In this version, they decorate two wedges worked in lime wood.
