General terms and conditions of sale:

  * Exception: for figures taller than 80 cm (31 inch), the shipping costs are calculated by size, weight and country of destination (we always choose the most favorable terms for the customer).
• For professional dealers/resellers the shipping costs are exclusively calculated by size, weight and country of destination (we always choose the most favorable terms for the customer). Furthermore the right of withdrawal and the exchange of the goods are not valid for professional dealers/resellers. Here the General terms and conditions of sale for professional dealers/resellers .
• The delivery is sent by postal service or an express mail service (DPD, FedEx, GLS, Bartolini) depending on size, weight and country of destination.
• The delivery time  depends on the destination. Generally it is 4-5 business days within Europe and 6-10 days for overseas and other destinations after payment is received. If a wood carving is not in stock, we will inform you immediately. The company does not accept responsibility for any direct or indirect damages caused by any delay in delivery.
• The online credit card payment system protects the cardholder. Sensitive data are exclusively processed by the secured banking network. The payment system also accepts prepaid-cards. The payment will only be charged on your credit card after delivery; there are no additional charges. The credit card is charged in Euro (all other currencies are converted).
• Furthermore you can pay by bank transfer (prepayment). You will find our bank details on the order confirmation, sent to you by e-mail. We do not charge any transaction fees.
• Cash on delivery is only possible within Italy; the additional charge is 5 €.
• The merchandise exchange (not valid for professional dealers/resellers) has to take place within 14 days upon delivery. The products have to be returned to our address (see contact details) in the original packing and in impeccable condition. Freight forward is not accepted.
• The right of withdrawal (not valid for professional dealers/resellers) can be claimed within 14 days upon delivery by returning the merchandise in its original packing and in impeccable condition to our address (see contact details). The shipping costs have to be paid by the customer. The value of the wood carving(s) will be replaced by a credit note on your card, a bank transfer or, if you wish so, by a gift coupon for our online shop. Figures produced according to the customer’s wishes are nonreturnable.
• Complaints will be considered only if made within 14 days from the delivery of merchandise.
• For non European customers the Value Added Tax (VAT) is not calculated or is subtracted from the "Prices including 21% VAT".
• As the carvings are hand painted by specialized craftsmen, individual colours may slightly differ.
• The Court of Bolzano (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims.

General terms and conditions of sale for professional dealers/resellers:

• The shipping costs are calculated by size, weight and country of destination (we always choose the most favorable terms for the customer).
• The orders are subject to our company’s approval.
• The company accepts no liability for any delay in delivery. Delivery may be partial if all requested goods are not available.
• Complaints will be considered only if made within 8 days from the delivery of merchandise.
• Payment: no deductions or discounts are accepted unless specially granted. In case of late payment an overdue interest will be charged.
• Goods remain the property of our company until the full amount of the invoice is settled.
• As the carvings are hand painted by specialized craftsmen, individual colours may slightly differ.
• The Court of Bolzano (Italy) will have exclusive jurisdiction over all claims.
