• The delivery time depends on the destination. Generally it is 2-5 business days within Europe and 6-10 days for overseas and other destinations after payment is received. If a wood carving is not in stock, we will inform you immediately.
• The shipping costs include shipment and packing:
  Shipping costs (including VAT)

  Zone1 - Italy, Germany and Austria	22 € - for free over 80 € order amount
  Zone2 - Rest of Europe	28 € - for free over 100 € order amount

  For non European customers the Value Added Tax (VAT) is not calculated or is subtracted from the "Prices including VAT".

  Zone3 - Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Great Britain; Delivered-At-Place(DAP)	31,15 € (38€ including VAT) - for free over 250 € (305€ including VAT) order amount
  Zone4 - USA, Canada, Australia, Mexico; Delivered-At-Place(DAP)	40,16 € (49€ including VAT) - for free over 250 € (305€ including VAT) order amount
  Zone5 - Rest of the World; Delivered-At-Place(DAP)	90,16 € (110€ including VAT) - for free over 400 € (488€ including VAT) order amount

  * Exception: for figures taller than 80 cm (31 inch), the shipping costs are calculated by size, weight and country of destination (we always choose the most favourable terms for the customer).
  For professional dealers/resellers the shipping costs are exclusively calculated by size, weight and country of destination (we always choose the most favorable terms for the customer).
