The so-called "Milan Madonna" is located in the Chapel of the Blessed Sacrament in Cologne Cathedral:

Likely created around 1280/90 by the Cologne Cathedral workshop as a replacement for a Marian figure said to have been brought from Milan to Cologne by Rainald von Dassel together with the relics of the Three Wise Men, and later destroyed in the fire of the Old Cathedral, this high Gothic, polychrome wood statue is the oldest Marian devotional image in the Gothic cathedral. Originally, it stood beneath a gabled canopy on the altar of the Chapel of the Virgin. The figure’s posture and the design of her robes are closely related to the choir pillar statues and follow French models. The polychrome paint, as well as the sceptre and crown, date from a restoration around 1900.
